Service
RIED.TAXI carries out pre-booked airport and long-distance transfers with one vehicle (Tesla Model X) and one driver – no taxi rank, no dispatch, no short local trips. Maximum 5 passengers per ride.
Price
The price is a fixed price per vehicle, not per person, one way. It is stated before you book and applies as confirmed.
Included: motorway tolls, airport parking, flight monitoring and the first hour of waiting at the airport. After that € 25 per started hour. No night or Sunday surcharge.
Intermediate stops, child seats and special luggage only if agreed in advance.
Booking
A booking is made when RIED.TAXI confirms it – by WhatsApp or email, or, for bookings made in the RIED.TAXI app in ChatGPT, immediately with a booking reference and access code. Please check date, pickup time and address in the confirmation.
Payment
Payment by card. Invoice on request.
Cancellation
Cancelling is free of charge. Please let us know as early as possible – by WhatsApp, email or, if you booked in ChatGPT, there with your booking reference and access code.
Changes
We are happy to change pickup time, address, flight or number of passengers. If a change affects the price or the date, we confirm it with you first.

Law
Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
