Return-leg dates

When we take a passenger to the airport we drive back empty. We sell that return leg at half price.

Why half price?

When we take a passenger to the airport, we drive back empty afterwards. That return journey happens whether you are in the car or not.

This is not a sale: the same car, the same driver and the same service as always – only at a time we did not get to choose. That is why every date is tied to one day and one window, and why it is gone the moment we set off. The fixed prices on the price list do not change.

Common questions

Is the price per person?

No, per vehicle. Up to five passengers travel for the same price, luggage included – with four or five aboard it becomes very cheap per head.

What is included?

The same as on any other journey: motorway tolls and vignette, airport parking, a personal meet-and-greet and help with the luggage. No night or Sunday surcharge. You pay after the journey, by cash or card, invoice included.

Why are the times so unusual?

Because they come from somebody else's journey. The window opens once we have dropped that passenger and charged the car – the Tesla needs about three quarters of an hour between two longer legs. We cannot move the time, or it would no longer be a return leg.

Can I reserve a date in advance?

No. Dates only appear once somebody else books a journey to the airport, and then usually stand here for two or three days. If you need a particular route at a particular time, book at the normal fixed price – then we drive when it suits you.

My flight lands later. Does it still work?

Call us. If your landing does not fit the window, sometimes something can be moved and sometimes it cannot. Asking costs nothing.

If nothing is listed above, no return leg is free – which is the normal state. A return leg is only booked once we have confirmed it; each date exists only once.
