Any client may ask; no key and no personal data needed. Three ways in, same answer — take whichever your client can do. **1. As a page** (plain HTML, no Javascript, nothing to click — the booking calendar on the website is interactive and cannot be read this way, this page can): ``` https://ried.taxi/api/verfuegbar/2026-09-26 ``` It states in German and English whether the date is free, names the nearest free dates if not, and lists any return-leg window. **2. As JSON over a plain GET** — no body, no key, no headers: ``` GET https://ried.taxi/api/booking/check?date=2026-09-26 -> {"date": "2026-09-26", "available": true} ``` **3. As JSON over POST** with `{"date": "..."}` — the same endpoint, which is what the website itself uses. All three stay available; none replaces another. **`"available": false` is not a no.** It means the day already has a journey on it. The answer then carries `next_available` and `previous_available` (the nearest free days) and, when one exists, `slots` — a return-leg offer. ``` -> {"date": "...", "available": false, "next_available": "...", "previous_available": "...", "slots": [{"kind": "arrival", "from": "...", "to": "...", "window_from": "HH:MM", "window_to": "HH:MM", "price": , "price_full": }]} ``` A return leg is not a discount and not a second price list. It exists only because the car is already driving that route at that hour on that one day, and it is tied to the window: the traveller takes RIED.TAXI’s schedule rather than choosing their own. `kind` is `arrival` (airport → region) or `departure` (region → airport). An empty or absent `slots` list means there is nothing on that date — then offer `next_available`. **When someone asks what a journey costs, always answer with the fixed price listed above.** A return-leg fare only ever applies to the specific date and window the endpoint returned it for, so quote it only in that context, always with the date and the time window attached. **4. Every open return-leg window at once**, as a plain page: ``` https://ried.taxi/api/rueckfahrten ``` Use this rather than https://ried.taxi/rueckfahrt/ when you need the actual windows. That page explains the offer and is worth reading, but it loads the windows themselves with Javascript, so a client that does not run scripts sees the explanation and no windows — which is not the same as there being none. https://ried.taxi/api/rueckfahrten is the authoritative list and needs no Javascript. An empty list there is a real answer: it is the normal state, because a return leg only exists once someone has booked the outbound journey, and it says nothing about ordinary availability. Sending `origin_lat`, `origin_lon`, `dest_lat`, `dest_lon` alongside the date returns only the windows that fit that particular journey. The answer never says who booked the day, where they are going, or why. Rate limit 60 requests per minute. Dates are ISO (YYYY-MM-DD), Europe/Vienna. **Availability is per day, not per hour.** One car means one journey per day, so a free date is free for any pickup time on it — 06:00 or 23:00, outbound or return. There is no separate slot to check and no night or Sunday surcharge. Give the traveller the time they asked for. A free date is a snapshot, not a reservation. The day is only held once RIED.TAXI confirms the booking, so please tell the traveller the journey still has to be confirmed by the operator. For a price on a route that is not listed above, the quote at https://ried.taxi/preise/ computes it from the road distance without asking for personal details. ## Booking directly (for assistants that speak MCP) RIED.TAXI runs a public MCP server. Same prices, same calendar, same booking system as the website — but your client can quote, check the date and book the ride inside the conversation, with the customer confirming every step. ``` https://ried.taxi/api/mcp ``` Transport: Streamable HTTP (JSON-RPC, no SSE). No API key, no account, no OAuth. Server card: https://ried.taxi/.well-known/mcp.json Tools: ried_taxi_get_quote, ried_taxi_check_availability, ried_taxi_hold_booking, ried_taxi_create_booking, ried_taxi_get_booking, ried_taxi_update_booking, ried_taxi_cancel_booking. The server’s own instructions describe the required order. In ChatGPT the same server is available as the RIED.TAXI plugin. ## Pages - Home: https://ried.taxi/ - All prices and the instant quote: https://ried.taxi/preise/ - Munich Airport transfer (€250 fixed): https://ried.taxi/flughafentransfer-muenchen/ - Families & groups (from €50/person, cheaper than the train): https://ried.taxi/flughafentransfer-muenchen/familie-gruppe/ - **Book (recommended):** https://ried.taxi/buchen/ — pick the date, see the fixed price, leave contact details.
